2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Our products are intended for personal use only and are not for resale.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and nutritional information are accurate, however, being a natural product, natural variations will occur.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price shown at the time of checkout may vary slightly dependant on final cutting weight, we will inform you prior to collection or delivery.
5. Orders and Contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email or verbally if you order by telephone. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
6. Payment
We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment is either taken at the time of order or on collection or delivery. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
7. Delivery
We only deliver locally once a week and cannot guarantee which day of the week although we will do our best to satisfy requests. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
8. Returns and Refunds
We are happy to amend or cancel orders prior to collection or delivery, any concerns about the goods supplied must be expressed at the time of collection or delivery, we cannot exchange or refund goods once collected or delivered.
9. Allergens and Dietary Information
We provide allergen and dietary information in good faith based on information supplied by any external suppliers we use. If you have a severe allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering.
