We are Paul & Alison, we live on the Gower and have farmed here for many years and in 2018 we started our own butchery business. We graze our animals on our farm land here at Llanmorlais on the Gower, and also on conservation land across the Gower. producing 100% Grass Fed Beef & Lamb.
The animals are able to roam free, have no concentrated feed at all, very little wormers etc., only if absolutely essential, and the land is not artificially fertilised so they live a happy healthy life, slowly maturing whilst doing a great job for the habitat. We take the animals to the abattoir ourselves, then bring them back to our butchery unit on our farm where we hang, cut and prepare for orders.
